Keys to getting a six pack: You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area. Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body. Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs. @xHotShot35 lemme answer ya that.. man.. if u want to work out.. u have to workout for more than 1 hour. if u want real results.. and in 1 month u will see results.. he has very cool body and all but. u CANNOT srsly.. CANNOT get that body with his workouts.. he says to do like 30 sec exercises…. thats wrong. im 15. from the first month i saw results.. when i was doing real abs at the gym. first workout bices and back or something and at the end do abs.. way better
Hey im 14 and i work out like 30 min a day since december 1st… Ive seen little to no improvment, when do u think i can start seeing big muscle improvment?
Am I really the only one who noticed that he took the entire p90x ab routine, cut one or two pilates moves out, and added the one with the bar? I mean the rest is dead on, even in the same order. Crazy routine, don’t get me wrong. P90x will whip your ass into shape, or cut you up good if you are in shape. But don’t post a vid and pretend it’s your routine. Although it’s nice your teaching others the right way to do it (cardio, workouts, diet and rest)
i got 4 exercises of abs but this one is the one that really work faster in about just 1 week i see good definition still my lower abs are not visible
and ofc i avoid all the shit food ships oiled meat fish chocolat etc
